Enroll in Paperless Billing on MyPlainfield

Paperless Billing is a quick and convenient way to receive Utility bills through MyPlainfield. Residents who sign up for Paperless Billing will receive their bills electronically via a secure email, rather than getting a paper bill through the mail. 

To get started, create a profile (see Create a Profile on MyPlainfield) and connect your account (see Link a Utility Account on MyPlainfield) then follow the steps below to enroll in Paperless Billing:

1. Sign in to your MyPlainfield profile and select Utilities from the "Services" drop down menu

2. Under "My Properties" on the right side of the screen, select the account you wish to enroll.

3. Under "Account Actions" click Enroll in Paperless Billing

4. Review and click Accept

You are now enrolled in Paperless Billing and will receive email notifications for new tax bills. If you decide to unenroll, see Unenroll from Paperless Billing on MyPlainfield.
