Change AutoPay Payment Method for a Plainfield Utility Account on MyPlainfield

Need to update the payment method connected to your AutoPay? We’ve got you covered.

You can change the AutoPay payment method for your Plainfield utility account at any time by updating the card or account saved in your settings on MyPlainfield. Follow the steps below to quickly and securely update your payment method so you’re all set for your upcoming payments:

1. Choose Utilities from the "Services" drop down menu and select Enroll in AutoPay 

2. Click the edit icon next to the AutoPay account you wish to update

3. Select or enter your new payment method 

4. Click Save
