Remove a Utility Account on MyPlainfield

You will see any utility account you have linked to your profile on your dashboard. If you want to remove it from your MyPlainfield profile, follow the steps below:

Note: Removing a utility account from MyPlainfield will not impact the status or any balances due, however it will no longer appear on your dashboard at log in.

1. Log in (see Create a Profile on MyPlainfield) and select Utilities from the "Services" drop down menu

2. Towards the right of the screen see, "My Properties" and select the utility account you wish to remove

3. Under "Account Actions" click Remove Account

4. Click Accept to confirm
