Search Tips to Find a Utility Account on MyPlainfied

Having trouble locating your utility account on MyPlainfield? Try using some of the search tips below!

You can locate a Plainfield utility account by searching with any of the following criteria:

Account Number

• Enter the account number exactly as it appears on your bill excluding dashes or spaces
• Exclude any leading zeros when entering the account number

Owner Name

• Search for the property using the primary owner's name as it appears on the bill
• Enter only the owner's first or last name for additional results

Service Address

• For directional streets, leave the direction (North, South, East, West) out of the street name 
• Do not include words or abbreviations like Drive, Court, Pl, Ave, Street, etc.
• Try dialing back the search to include only the first few characters or first word of the street name
